There are other remarkable espresso societies all over the planet, however, nobody does it very much like the Italians. It isn’t simply an interest or calling for them, it’s a craft. The ideal drudgery; is that luxurious crema; the exact measure of intensity applied to the milk, and obviously a lovely pour of froth. Coffee. Cappuccino. Macchiato.
